Prescripción. Las acciones de competencia desleal prescriben en dos (2) años a partir del momento en que el legitimado tuvo conocimiento de la persona que realizó el acto de competencia desleal y en todo caso, por el transcurso de tres (3) años contados a partir del momento de la realización del acto.
