- Empleados retirados con veinte (20) años de servicio

Los exempleados oficiales que estaban retirados del servicio el día 26 de diciembre de 1968, con un tiempo de servicios no menor de veinte (20) años, laborados continua o discontinuamente, tendrán derecho a la pensión de jubilación al cumplir los cincuenta (50) años de edad, sean varones o mujeres.

Dicha pensión se reconocerá y pagará con sujeción a las normas legales que regulaban la materia al tiempo del retiro definitivo del servicio oficial.
