° Título ejecutivo. En caso de retiro, la libreta o tarjeta que contenga la cuenta del trabajador y la liquidación a que se refiere el artículo 28 constituyen título ejecutivo para exigir judicialmente el pago del saldo neto a favor del trabajador, en caso de retiro, y conforme a las disposiciones contenidas en los artículos precedentes.
