º. El trabajador o extrabajador destinatario de las condiciones especiales, por lo menos quince (15) días calendario antes de la fecha de vencimiento del plazo de la correspondiente oferta, deberá manifestar por escrito al empleador o a la entidad administradora de sus cesantías, según el caso, su intención de adquirir acciones en desarrollo de un programa de enajenación de propiedad accionaria del Estado, señalando el monto de las cesantías que pretende comprometer para este fin.
