Las contribuciones de valorización podrán pagarse en cuotas periódicas iguales, distribuidas dentro de los plazos que para su cancelación total fije el Consejo Nacional de Valorización, debiéndose cancelar la primera cuota dentro de los tres mese siguientes a la ejecutoria de la resolución distribuidora. Dichos plazos no podrán ser inferiores a dos años, ni mayores de cinco años.
