Ingreso . Para ingresar a las Fuerzas Militares como Oficial o Suboficial, es condición indispensable ser soltero y colombiano por nacimiento.

Parágrafo

No obstante lo anterior, podrán ingresar a las Fuerzas Militares como Oficiales de los Servicios los profesionales casados con el lleno de los demás requisitos a que se refiere el Artículo 30 del presente Estatuto.
