° En las Ofioinas de Navegación fluvial en donde sólo hay un Inspector éste practicará el reconocímiento de les vapores en asocio del superior respectivo, y si éste no pudiere asistir por causa del servicio, delegará esa facultad al empleado inferior inmediato.
