Suprímense los empleados supernumerarios que el Gobierno haya creado en la Aduanas en ejercicio de la facultad que le otorga el artículo 16 de la Ley 113 de 1919 , el cual solamente queda vigente en cuanto haga referencia a los Resguardos . Igualmente quedan suprimidos los empleos que el gobierno haya creado y los sobresueldos que haya otorgado, fundado en el artículo 2º. De la Ley 72 de 1919 Exceptúanse de esta regla las asignaciones que sean conforme con la Ley 54 de 1920 .
