La imposición de las multas de que trata este Título corresponderá al instituto y a las Cajas, en la forma y por los trámites que el mismo Instituto indique. Los recursos a que deben someterse las providencias respectivas se surtirán ante las personas y organismos del Instituto y de las Cajas que dichos reglamentos señalen, cualquiera que sea la cuantía de la sanción impuesta. Ejecutoriada la providencia respectiva conforme al procedimiento señalado, prestará mérito ejecutivo ante la Justicia del Trabajo.
