Retiro de repitentes. Cuando un Oficial o Suboficial este repitiendo un curso, y perdiere más de dos materias en exámenes parciales, será retirado del mismo sin que tenga derecho a ingresar nuevamente a él. Si al terminar el curso dejare de aprobar más de una materia se considerará que ha perdido el curso. Si reprobare solamente una materia y no aprobare la habilitación, también se considerará que ha perdido el curso. Quien esté repitiendo exámenes de capacitación para ascenso y perdiere más de dos materias no podrá volver a repetir los exámenes; si perdiere solamente una materia podrá habilitarla, por una sola vez; si perdiere la habilitación no podrá presentarse a nuevos exámenes.
