La suma de que trata el artículo anterior será entregada al Tesorero Municipal de Armenia, una vez aprobados los planos de las obras por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas y llenando los requisitos que exija la Contraloría General de la República para la inversión de las sumas expresadas.
