En los nuevos municipios DRI, el Comité se instalara con la participación de la administración municipal y con representantes de organizaciones de la comunidad municipal, que tengan influencia en las zonas rurales. Se tendrá un plazo máximo de un año para constituir los Comités DRI veredales y estructurar en forma definitiva el Comité DRI Municipal.

Parágrafo

Los representantes de las entidades ejecutoras de los programas DRI, deberán asistir y tendrán voz pero no voto.
