Cada Tribunal Seccional de lo Contencioso Administrativo tendrá como colaborador desde el 1° de enero de 1927 un Fiscal con las funciones que al Ministerio Publico se le asignan en la Ley 130 de 1913 y demás disposiciones que la adicionan y reforman. El nombramiento de tales empleados corresponde al Poder Ejecutivo para un periodo igual al que les ha señalado la Ley a los Magistrados de los Tribunales Administrativos, con la misma fecha inicial de estos, y tendrá cada uno la asignación mensual de ciento cincuenta pesos ($150).
