A los pensionados a que se refiere la presente Ley, no podrá descontársele de su mensualidad adicional de diciembre la cuota del 5% que trata el ordinal 3º. del artículo 90 del Decreto 1848 de 1969; tampoco podrá hacerse descuento alguno sobre dicha mensualidad adicional. Las mensualidades que devengan los pensionados a que se refiere la presente Ley tendrán las exenciones tributarias de ley.
