Art. 1.° Abrese el crédito suplemental de siete mil setecientos cuarenta i nueve pesos noventa i cinco centavos ($ 7,749-95) al Presupuesto de gastos de 1877 a 1878, Departamento de la Deuda nacional, capítulo 1,° artículos 1.° i 5,° el cual crédito se descompone así : con referencia al servicio de 1876 a 1877, la suma de doscientos cuarenta i nueve pesos noventa i cinco centavos ($ 249-95 cs.), i con referencia al servicio de 1877 a 1878, la suma de siete mil quinientos pesos ($ 7,500).
