La suma de que trata el artículo anterior, se destinará con preferencia, al mejoramiento de la asistencia pública; a la reparación y terminación de la plaza de mercado; a la construcción de la plaza de ferias; a la pavimentación de la Plaza de Bolívar y al ensanche del cementerio.
