º . Ningún funcionario o empleado del Congreso podrá percibir una remuneración o prima mayor a las determinadas en la presente Ley. Asimismo, la suma total de sus sueldos y de las primas y horas extras aquí establecidas y autorizadas, con excepción de la Prima de Navidad, en ningún caso podrá exceder mensualmente de las dietas y gastos de representación de un miembro del Congreso.
