Los aportes del Departamento para la Caja de Previsión Social, se pagarán a dicha entidad mes por mes, haciendo las liquidaciones correspondientes sobre los productos efectivos de las Rentas e Ingresos Ordinarios en el mes inmediatamente anterior. En caso de presentarse cualquier superávit en tales rentas o ingresos, al finalizar la vigencia, el Gobierno procederá a abrir el crédito correspondiente por la cuantía que deba pagarse a la mencionada Caja.
