Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para adquirir la colección artística y objetos históricos que pertenecieron a la familia formada por don Jorge Iragorri Isaacs y doña Natalia Díez de Iragorri, relacionadas en la escritura pública número 11, de diez de enero de 1947, de la Notaría Segunda del Circuito de Popayán, a fin de que esos objetos se incorporen y hagan parte del "Museo Mosquera", de la Universidad del Cauca, en la misma ciudad de Popayán.
