al artículo 5° del Decreto 2474 de 2008 del siguiente tenor:

Parágrafo 3

Para los efectos del numeral 3 del presente artículo, en el cronograma de las licitaciones públicas se señalará con precisión el plazo a que se refiere el primer inciso del numeral 5 del artículo 30 de la Ley 80 de 1993, teniendo en cuenta que de manera previa al inicio del mismo, se deberá realizar en audiencia la revisión de la asignación de los riesgos consagrada en el segundo inciso del artículo 4° de la Ley 1150 de 2007.
