Los Administradores de la renta de los Municipios productores de tabaco abrirán un libro especial denominado Registro de Plantaciones de Tabaco . En este libro harán constar con precisión el nombre del cultivador, el sitio del cultivo, el área ocupada, el número de plantas y estado de las plantaciones, y si el tabaco es indígena o de Cuba o Virginia. Estos datos serán remitidos cada tres meses a la Secretaría de Hacienda del Departamento.
