Artículo primero . El artículo 80 del Decreto 1562 de 1973 quedará así: "Artículo 80. Los fondos ganaderos podrán financiar a sus depositarios de medianos y bajos ingresos obras de adecuación, corrales, bebederos, cercas, bañaderas, establecimiento y renovación de potreros y otros similares. El valor de estos créditos será redescontable en el Fondo Financiero Agropecuario, previa calificación de la dirección de éste, hasta el 50% del valor del contrato de ganado 0 participación celebrado con el respectivo prestatario. La Junta Monetaria reglamentará las tasas de interés, redescuento, condiciones y demás requisitos a que debe someterse clase de créditos",
