00 en cédulas del Banco Central Hipotecario provenientes de préstamo hecho por dicha institución al Gobierno Nacional, según contrato de fecha 14 de julio del presente año, ábrese el siguiente crédito adicional al Presupuesto Extraordinario de la vigencia fiscal en curso:

MINISTERIO DE OBRAS PUBLICAS

PRESUPUESTO EXTRAORDINARIO.

Artículo 792. Para entregar al Consejo Administrativo de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales como aporte del Gobierno para la construcción de las obras de qué trata la Ley 204 de 1936 , y para legalizar al mismo Consejo el valor del descuento por venta de cédulas y demás gastos derivados del contrato de préstamo celebrado con el Banco Central Hipotecario $ 1'000.000.00
