El Instituto de Fomento Industrial, con base con las recomendaciones que le formule el Instituto de Investigaciones Tecnológicas, promoverá la constitución de empresas cuyo objetivo social sea el aprovechamiento industrial de la guayaba, mediante la elaboración de conservas, jugos, bocadillos y cualesquiera otros productos. Dichas empresa estarán localizadas, preferencialmente en los Municipios ubicados en las zonas a que se refiere el artículo 1º de esta Ley.
