Ley 63 de 1945 · Por la cual se reforma el artículo 681 del Código de Procedimiento Penal

ARTICULO 1º El artículo 681 del Código de Procedimiento Penal quedará así:

"La concesión de la rehabilitación de derecho y funciones públicos corresponde al Tribunal Superior (Sala Penal) del Distrito Judicial en donde se hubiera dictado la sentencia de primera instancia, previa solicitud del condenado, hecha de acuerdo con las normas del presente capitulo y dentro de los plazos determinados por el artículo 113 del Código Penal.

"PARÁGRAFO. La providencia que concede la rehabilitación será publicada en el periódico oficial del respectivo Departamento"
