Elección de Representantes de Corporaciones. Los representantes de las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales y Corporaciones de Desarrollo Sostenible al Comité del Fondo de Compensación Ambiental, serán elegidos mediante los mecanismos que estas determinen y para períodos de un año.

La elección de dichos representantes deberá comunicarse por escrito al Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, respaldada mediante el acta de la reunión en la cual se efectuó la elección.
