Parágrafo 2

del artículo 26 del Decreto 3554 de 2004 el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo 2

Para los medicamentos homeopáticos simples y complejos en forma farmacéutica sólida o líquida, el tiempo de vida útil será máximo de cinco (5) años".
