Los Comandantes militares que, hallándose el país en estado de guerra civil o interior, cometieren uno cualquiera de los delitos determinados en los artículos precedentes, serán castigados con las penas señaladas en dichos artículos, reducidas desde una tercera parte hasta la mitad, según los casos.
