A. Objeto de la Comisión Legal para la Equidad de la Mujer. Esta Comisión tiene por objeto fomentar y promover las acciones necesarias para la consolidación de una política de Estado que repercuta en el mejoramiento de las circunstancias materiales e inmateriales de la mujer en nuestra sociedad, propendiendo por la eliminación de cualquier situación de desigualdad y discriminación que se presente en el ejercicio de la ciudadanía por parte de las mujeres.
