° El Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte “Coldeportes” y las Juntas Administradoras Seccionales de Deportes girarán, dentro de los quince días hábiles siguientes a la aprobación del acuerdo a que se refiere el artículo primero de este Decreto, el monto acordado a la Escuela Nacional del Deporte.
