Principios y criterios de selección. Las concesiones para el Servicio Comunitario de Radiodifusión Sonora se otorgarán directamente con arreglo al deber de selección objetiva y atendiendo los principios de transparencia, economía, responsabilidad y de conformidad con los postulados que rigen la función administrativa, la Ley 80 de 1993, el Plan Técnico Nacional de Radiodifusión Sonora en AM y FM y las disposiciones de este decreto.
