Aprobados que sean por el Ministerio de Obras Publicas los estudios técnicos a que se refiere el Artículo anterior, el Gobierno procederá a la construcción del citado camino, por administración directa o por contrato, celebrado de acuerdo con las disposiciones del Código Fiscal.
