Para el cobro del impuesto de peajes, en las diferentes secciones de la vía donde está establecido, regirá la tarifa instituida por el artículo 14 de la Ley 95 de 1919 , y los ingresos se aplicarán exclusiva e invariablemente a la conservación de las secciones que los producen.
