ARTICULO 467 . Acusación de la Cámara de Representantes . El juzgamiento de los servidores públicos, que de acuerdo con la Constitución deban ser juzgados por el Senado, se hará siempre mediante acusación de la Cámara de Representantes, que en tal caso actúa como fiscal. Cualquier ciudadano puede denunciar ante la Cámara de Representantes las infracciones de la ley penal cometidas por los servidores públicos que deban ser juzgados ante el Senado.
