En concordancia con lo dispuesto en el artículo 75 de la Ley 1530 de 2012 , los recursos que se encuentran en la cuenta única del Sistema General de Regalías, se podrán girar, independientemente del periodo fiscal a que correspondan, siempre y cuando, se cuente con apropiación presupuestal vigente al momento del giro.
