Modificación del artículo 564 del Estatuto Tributario . Modifícase el artículo 564 del Estatuto Tributario, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 564. Dirección procesal. Las decisiones o actos administrativos proferidos dentro de un proceso de determinación y discusión del tributo, pueden ser notificados de manera física o electrónica a la dirección procesal que el contribuyente responsable, agente retenedor o declarante señalen expresamente. La notificación a la dirección procesal electrónica se aplicará de manera preferente una vez sea implementada por parte de la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN).”
