Las ligas o asociaciones que utilicen estaciones repetidoras sin la debida autorización de la Dirección de Telecomunicaciones y Servicios Postales del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, serán sancionadas con multas hasta de mil (1.000) salarios mínimos legales mensuales y en caso de reincidencia, se les podrá cancelar su registro y reconocimiento.
