A partir del 20 de julio de 1974, las asignaciones de los Magistrados de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, los Magistrados del Tribunal Disciplinario, los Consejeros de Estado, los Fiscales del Consejo de Estado y el Procurador General de la Nación será de treinta mil pesos distribuidos entre sueldo y gastos de representación, en proporción a lo que rige actualmente.
