Si como consecuencia de un recurso se solicitare nuevo análisis de laboratorio, el recurrente deberá pagar los derechos correspondientes, excepto cuando se demostrare que el método seguido en el primer análisis no fue el indicado por el solicitante o no fue realizado satisfactoriamente.
