De conformidad con la reglamentación que para el efecto expida la Corte Electoral, los partidos o agrupaciones registrados podrán disponer gratuitamente de espacios en los medios de comunicación del Estado para difundir sus principios y programas, sus realizaciones y sus opiniones sobre temas de interés nacional.
