Medidas preventivas. Sin perjuicio de las sanciones a que haya lugar, cuando resulten necesarias, la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro podrá imponer medidas preventivas para evitar de manera transitoria la continuación de la ocurrencia de un hecho, la realización de una actividad o la existencia de una situación que presuntamente atente contra el régimen catastral.
