Condiciones y requisitos para presentar la solicitud. Los interesados en acceder a un programa Sistemas Especiales de Importación - Exportación de Materias Primas e Insumas, Bienes de Capital y Repuestos y Exportación de Servicios, bajo los presupuestos establecidos en el presente Decreto, deberán presentar su solicitud ante la Dirección de Comercio Exterior del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, a través del aplicativo informático de que trata el artículo 3 del Decreto 285 de 2020, cumpliendo con las condiciones y requisitos establecidos en los artículos 19 y 20 del mismo Decreto.
