Modificar el artículo 1º del Decreto 2060 del 29 de noviembre de 1995, en el sentido de prorrogar hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1998 el plazo para que el Fondo de Cofinanciación para la Inversión Rural, Fondo DRI, liquide definitivamente todos los fondos de crédito que haya establecido y administre directamente o a través de otras entidades públicas o privadas.
