Parágrafo transitorio

al artículo 2º del Decreto 456 de 2004, el cuál quedará así:

Parágrafo 3

Transitorio. Las entidades territoriales que para el año 2006 deseen optar por algunas de las alternativas previstas en los artículos 1º y 2º del Decreto 456 de 2004, deberán efectuar el reporte de que tratan los literales a) de los mencionados artículos al Departamento Nacional de Planeación, hasta el 15 de junio de 2006. Después de esta fecha ninguna solicitud será tenida en cuenta para esta vigencia fiscal. Para los municipios que reporten la información hasta el 15 de junio de 2006, el ajuste a los giros de la Participación de Propósito General con destino a Agua Potable y Saneamiento Básico empezará a hacerse efectivo a partir del giro correspondiente al mes de julio.
