“Artículo 2.1.1.2.14. Instrucción de Abono a Cuenta para los decretos de compensación. Durante el año 2021, el Departamento Nacional de Planeación (DNP), comunicará al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público las instrucciones de abono a cuenta redistributivas de los recursos pendientes por informar, correspondientes a los valores positivos del Decreto 2152 de 2017, con cargo a los valores negativos establecidos en los decretos de compensación 1296 de 2016, 2152 de 2017 y 737 de 2018 terminados de descontar en las asignaciones directas del bienio 2019-2020. La comunicación de la redistribución guardará consistencia con la homologación de conceptos establecida en el Artículo 205 de la Ley 2056 de 2020.”
