Como está en el Decreto número 2027 de 1933, agregando al final del artículo los siguientes incisos:

Los recargos establecidos en este artículo los cobrarán las compañías tanto en el Bajo como en el Alto Magdalena. La gasolina y el kerosene no pagarán recargo cuando se transporten en bongos, y tendrán un descuento de veinte por ciento.

Los pianos, automóviles, camiones, buses y chasises de estos vehículos se aforarán por volumen y pagarán la tarifa ordinaria sin recargo y con un descuento de veinte por ciento.

Artículos 6º, 7º, 8º y 9º, como están en el Decreto número 2027 de 1933.
