Recolección . La recolección de los recursos naturales utilizados en la elaboración de productos farmacéuticos, debe hacerse con criterio racional, procurando la renovación de los cultivos y la continuidad de la explotación. La recolección debe realizarse cuando la planta o el material vegetal haya alcanzado la madurez necesaria que garantice su utilidad, limitándose solamente a las plantas sanas, que no se encuentren afectadas ni deterioradas.
