Las Instituciones que aspiren a transformar un programa presencial en uno de Educación Superior Abierta y a Distancia , deberán formular solicitud escrita al ICFES, por conducto del Rector o del Representante Legal y presentarán el estudio correspondiente para justificar la transformación del programa y garantizar su calidad.
