El Artículo 86 Numeral 1º Del Decreto 2437 De 1983, Quedará Así: 1

º. El artículo 86 numeral 1º del Decreto 2437 de 1983, quedará así

1.

Leche en polvo entera o semidescremada empacada en

a)

Material laminado a base de aluminio: Seis (6) meses.

b)

Material laminado a base de aluminio, polietileno y surlin u otro material que dé las mismas garantías, adicionado de gas inerte: Doce (12) meses.

2.

Leche en polvo descremada empacada en

a)

Material laminado a base de aluminio: Ocho (8) meses.

b)

Material laminado a base de aluminio y polietileno, surlin u otro material que dé las mismas garantías, adicionado de gas inerte: Quince (15) meses.

3.

Leche en polvo entera y semidescremada, a granel, empacada en bolsa plástica cubierta con tres folios de papel kraft: Diez (10) meses.

4.

Leche en polvo descremada, a granel, empacada en bolsa plástica, cubierta con tres folios de papel Kraft: Doce (12) meses.

5.

Leche en polvo entera, semidescremada y descremada empacada herméticamente en hojalata sanitaria, sin gas inerte: Doce (12) meses.

6.

Leche en polvo entera, semidescremada y descremada, empacada herméticamente en hojalata sanitaria, con gas inerte: Dieciocho (18) meses.
