prorrogase, por veinticinco ( 25) años más, a favor del municipio de Tumaco (departamento de Nariño), el usufructo de los bosques existentes en los terrenos baldíos que se hallan comprendidos dentro de los linderos que demarcan al expresado municipio, bajo las condiciones que impone la ley 37 de 1924 ; pero la administración de la explotación de los bosques, la fijación del impuesto y su recaudo estarán a cargo de la nación, la cual entregara mensualmente al municipio de Tumaco el valor de tales recaudos.
